Importer and distributor of wall and floor coverings, as well as specialized products, Ceragres recently acquired Montreal-Les-Bains, high-end bathware and bathroom accessories specialist. During the last year, the complicity between the two well-known brands brought them to the creation of Ceragres-Les-Bains, a brand new boutique concept. As soon as the end of October at Quartier Dix30, the first of a series of new boutiques will open its doors to the public.
For more than a year now, the must-see destination on Mont-Royal Avenue in Montreal has been a member of Ceragres’ family. With more than 15 years of experience as a high-end bathware specialist, Montreal-Les-Bains is well known for its aesthetic appeal and large selection of quality products. Just like Ceragres, Montreal-Les-Bains shares the same passion for design and personalized service.
The Ceragres-Les-Bains' experience
Ceragres-Les-Bains, the result of a union between two legacies, benefits from the experience of two established brands in two distinct fields and yet very complementary. The brand new boutique concept takes root right next to the Ceragres Tile boutique already established in Quartier Dix30 for more than 2 years. Ceragres-Les-Bains offers a combined product offering of ceramic and bathware products. The complete offer of ceramic, mosaic, countertops, faucets, toilets, sinks and baths is harmoniously displayed in two shared spaces that have their own identity. Inside the boutique, customers travel through a space where products are showcased to inspire projects.
Always true to its intuition, Ceragres has a mission for Ceragres-Les-Bains: offer a unique buying experience perfectly adapted to its new clientele. All the products work in harmony to create balanced and authentic "à la Ceragres" spaces.
"We want customers to think of us when they decide to redo or update their bathroom or kitchen. We have floor tiles, backsplashes, countertops, sinks, faucets, showers, baths, etc. It is very important for us to offer a complete selection of products to our clients so that they can find whatever they are looking for under one roof. We know that remodels represent a lot of time and energy and we make it our mission to simplify things" states Martin Trudel, Vice-President Sales and Marketing.
The shared boutiques of Ceragres and Ceragres-Les-Bains at Quartier Dix30 offer a unique customer service that includes tile and bathware specialists working in synergy and in the interest of every project.
"The buying experience is our priority. We want to offer a product, a service and a unique experience, all of that displayed in an inspiring environment" declares M. Trudel.
Montreal-Les-Bains keeps its name, its showroom and brand identity at its current location. Pierre Carrière, as Sales and Development Manager for the high-end bathware division will manage both boutiques. Ceragres plans to open Ceragres-Les-Bains boutiques in other locations in the next 5 years. There are today 6 Ceragres Boutique Workspaces, one Ceragres Outlet, one Ceragres-Les-Bains boutique and one Montreal-Les-Bains boutique as well as more than 60 Tile shop partners in Quebec, Ontario and the Maritimes.
