A WINNING COMBINATION - In September 2010, World Interiors News was launched as the sister publication to World Architecture News, the leading digital publisher to the global architectural community. Since then, WIN has quickly become a major online resource for showcasing the latest interior design projects and innovative products from across the globe. Featuring all the latest news, views, jobs and expert commentary, World Interiors News provides invaluable information for our extensive database of architects, designers and suppliers.

WORLD INTERIORS NEWS AWARDS 2014
Part of the largest architectural and design awards in the world, our aim is to deliver maximum exposure for cutting-edge products and inspiring projects.
Winners of our prestigious awards not only receive global recognition for their designs, they will also have their work showcased to our readership of nearly a quarter of a million architects, developers, designers, contractors and consultants.
The value of an award is determined not only by the number and calibre of participants, but also the quality of the jury. This is why we handpick each and every one of distinguished judges from the world’s most renowned design and architectural firms.
IT’S NOT TOO LATE TO BE EARLY
Preparations for this year’s World Interiors News Annual Awards 2014 are well underway but there’s still plenty of time to get your submissions to us. The deadline for receipt of submissions is 06 June 2014. However, you can take advantage of reduced entry fees by submitting your project earlier. Register before 14 March 2014 and you’ll receive a 20% discount.
We are inviting submissions that have made an outstanding contribution to interior design. Judged by the best in the business, our renowned, respected industry specialists will be looking for cutting-edge designs that push the boundaries of both imagination and ingenuity.
We’re awarding 13 categories, divided into two distinct sections:
Interior projects
• Residential interiors – from single-use homes to multi-occupancy residences and apartments
• Workspace interiors – including offices, studios, factories & banks
• Retail interiors – including retail outlets, shopping centres, stores and pop-ups
• Restaurants – fine dining, multiple restaurants, cafés, canteens, pop-ups or fast food outlets
• Bars – stand alone bars or restaurants, members’ clubs or pubs
• Hotels– new build, conversion, restoration and refurbishment projects
• Leisure or entertainment venues – theatres, concert halls, spas, health clubs, gyms, salons, cinemas, stadiums and sports centres
• Museum or exhibition spaces– installations, museums, galleries, temporary and permanent exhibitions
• Public sector – schemes for civic, transport, education or healthcare projects, hospitals, schools, colleges and universities, libraries, parliamentary buildings and embassies
• Lighting design – from small cafés, shops, interiors and exterior installations through to major retail developments, public buildings, residential projects, hotels, workspace and natural lighting
Products
• Lighting products – interior luminaires, lamps and exterior lighting products
• Furniture – public, leisure, domestic or office furniture designed for the public and private sector including outdoor furniture, chairs, tables, cabinets, desks, stools and sofas
• Interior accessories – including wall and floor coverings, decorative objects and sanitary ware
Not only will winners receive the global recognition associated with a World Interiors News Award, they will also gain significant web presence and have their work showcased to our ever-expanding community of designers and clients across the globe.
Furthermore, winners will be announced at an awards dinner taking place amidst the restrained splendour of the Saatchi Gallery in Chelsea, London on the 30 October 2014 – a first-class venue to honour first-rate talent.
