World Architecture Festival 2025: Day Two Winners Announced
World Architecture Festival
In total, the three-day festival will see over 460 live pitches from the 2025 finalists in front of over 160 international judges. Today has seen shortlisted projects from around the world compete for 21 award categories within Completed Buildings, Future Projects, and Interiors. Award winners include OMA, Sordo Madaleno, Studio Arthur Casas and NIKKEN SEKKEI.

The Singapore EDITION and Boulevard 88 by Safdie Architects in Singapore was highly commended. - Transport: Central Station Sydney by Woods Bagot in collaboration with John McAslan + Partners in Sydney, Australia
Judges of this year’s Completed Buildings categories said: “Clearly impactful, genius architectural invention” and “it exemplifies architecture’s power to catalyse positive change.”

Judges of this year’s Future Projects categories commented: “This conceptual project addresses a sensitive issue of inequality through a smart and creative strategy” and “the project's ambition is impressive and the architect’s empathetic understanding of place and culture comes through in multiple ways.”

Judges of this year’s Interiors categories commented: “An excellent example of modern technology with traditional construction techniques” and “a project which fundamentally impacts those it accommodates, transcending the boundaries of art and science.”
World Architecture Festival Day Three
Tomorrow, on the final day of the festival, prize winners across all 43 categories announced so far will compete for the ultimate accolades of World Building of the Year, World Interior of the Year, and Future Project of the Year. Landscape of the Year will also be revealed.
All the overall winners will be announced at a grand finale Gala Dinner at the Miami Beach Convention Center, along with a host of Special Prizes, including the Sustainability Prize, on November 14.

World Architecture Festival will take place at Miami Beach Convention Center from 12 - 14 November 2025. Situated in the heart of South Beach and the iconic Art Deco District.
