BLDG BLCKS: As the project’s site is located outside major retail corridors, SCAAA designed the main communal area as an inventive gathering and gallery space to showcase the creatives' designs and work.

BLDG BLCKS: SCAAA understands the niche and laborious demands of creative industries. The BLDG BLCK designs provide individual studio spaces that are tailored to the specific needs of creatives, as well as communal pantries and shower facilities on each floor to accommodate round-the-clock work.

BLDG BLCKS: Designed by creatives for creatives, the communal spaces are constantly decorated with displays of original pieces. These multi-functional spaces are a dynamic expression of the creatives’ ongoing work and brand identities.
