Chaque tour est structurée en trois parties distinctes, générant trois lectures en hauteur afin de favoriser son intégration dans trois contextes différents : la rue, la ville, le ciel.

Les façades suivent une logique « narrative », reflétant les fonctions intérieures tout en s’intégrant au contexte paysager et urbain.
