L'Oasia Hotel Downtown se distingue clairement dans la mer des bâtiments de Singapour. Le bâtiment de conception durable, conçu par le bureau réputé du WOHA, impressionne par sa symbiose non conventionnelle et optimiste entre l'architecture et la nature, ainsi que la connexion entre l'intérieur et l'extérieur.

Les zones d'eau et les piscines jouent un rôle fondamental, par exemple au 21ème étage. Là ils agissent comme cadres élégants pour le club de salon de l'hôtel et offrent de magnifiques vues intérieures ou extérieures.

Le studio renommé de Patricia Urquiola est responsable de la décoration intérieure de l'hôtel Oasia. Au 21ème étage, elle a utilisé des céramiques de piscine du système ChromaPlural de la marque allemande Agrob Buchtal. Les zones ouvertes et fermées du bâtiment donnent lieu à des interceptions d'ombre et de lumière en fonction de la position du soleil et de l'heure du jour.
