Some of the best architecture and interiors by both emerging and established designers is revealed this week as Dezeen Awards announces its 2025 shortlists.
In total, 269 projects are shortlisted in 49 categories across architecture, interiors, design,
and sustainability. The shortlists feature some of the best-known global designers, including
Herzog & de Meuron, Foster + Partners, Olson Kundig Architects, Heatherwick Studio, and
Neri & Hu.
The shortlisted projects have been selected from over 4,300 entries from more than 85
countries across the world, with the United States, the United Kingdom, China, Australia, and
Japan is making the top five entering countries.
Claire Barrett, awards and events director at Dezeen, commented: "It's great to see Dezeen
Awards reflecting Dezeen's role in championing not only established architects and
designers, but emerging ones too, with more than 60 per cent of this year's entries submitted
by small studios."
The shortlists for architecture, interiors, and design will be released between 6 and 9 October on
dezeen.com/awards.
The winners will be announced at the Dezeen Awards 2025 party, which will take place on
25 November at Exhibition White City in London.
Tickets are available at a discounted rate of £180 for all studios that entered this year's
Dezeen Awards, and £225 for everyone else.
