YAMAGIWA at Milan Design Week 2025

Milano, Italy

YAMAGIWA

Minato City, Japan, 2025-04-24 -  The Japanese lighting company YAMAGIWA participated in the Noritake porcelain brand’s exhibition during Milan Design Week, held in April 2025. At the event, YAMAGIWA presented three lighting collections at Villa Borsani, part of the ALCOVA exhibition, including the international debut of “RAI”, alongside its established collections, “TALIESIN®,” and “JAKOBSSON LAMP”.

The interior design of the exhibition space was directed by renowned British designer Faye Toogood. The delicate light emitted by YAMAGIWA’s carefully selected lighting harmonized with the unique architectural features of Villa Borsani, creating a serene and sophisticated atmosphere.

Visitors responded enthusiastically to the high level of completion achieved through the fusion of porcelain and lighting. The space, where Western tableware and lighting imbued with Japanese aesthetics unfolded within a room of Villa Borsani, offered guests a quietly moving experience.
