Socially engaged architecture. The architectural milieu is undergoing a unique creative renaissance that is echoed in major transformations of living environments. With it comes a growing desire to design spaces that are more open to the cityscape, bathed in light, functional, comfortable, and more attuned to us and our needs.
The exhibition provides an insight into this process, which is above all creative, relevant, and responsive to the needs of clients and users, but also respects program requirements as well as the building site and context. October 22nd to November 9th 2012 - Exhibition Room.McGill University School of Architecture – MacDonald -Harrington Building.
