There are two units on each floor; therefore, noise and privacy become driving forces in the positioning of a rectangular stairwell which acts as a buffer to prevent sound and direct visual contact between the units.

View from the entrance of the building, looking in to the atrium, which leads further on to the main gathering space and the garden. The atrium draws in light from above, creating an ideal place for a green courtyard.

The ground floor is not only seen as a passage or a means of reaching other spaces, rather it is designed as a prolonged threshold, stretched 20 meters along the length of the building, this horizontal platform connects the street level to the back garden and accommodates various events.

The south Façade is an inverted image of the North façade. It is designed to offer maximum exposure to the garden and south facing light from within its interior spaces.
