BAIA: BAIA (which means "bay" in Italian) is the brainchild of Tracy Vogt (founder of Charlie's Acre, a farm animal sanctuary in Northern California) and the first San Francisco restaurant of plant-based chef, entrepreneur and author Matthew Kenney.
