Figurr Architects Collective is pleased to announce the appointment of six new Associates to its leadership team: Alice Tourneyrie, Brynne Campbell, Diego Chiatante, Pierre-Luc Fortin, Santiago Baigun, and Zaphira Kalaitzakis. These appointments reflect the firm's continued growth and recognize individuals whose leadership, expertise, and commitment have made a lasting impact on Figurr, its clients, and the communities it serves.
Each has consistently demonstrated a commitment to Figurr's core values — relationships, collaboration, transformational design, consistency, and reinvestment — while bringing unique expertise that strengthens the firm’s practice. Together, they represent the diverse talents and collaborative leadership that will help guide Figurr into its next chapter.

These appointments mark an important milestone for Figurr and reflect the firm's ongoing investment in its people. By recognizing emerging leaders across architecture, project delivery, technology, and strategic growth, Figurr continues to strengthen the collaborative culture that has defined the practice for more than 35 years.
Alice Tourneyrie is an Architect with Figurr in Montréal. She applies a careful, detail-oriented approach to design, technical coordination, and client service. Since joining the firm in 2019, she has played a key role in Figurr’s Indigenous-focused projects. She is dedicated to developing functional, sustainable, and engaging spaces that meet the needs of clients and communities. Alice is focused on increasing documentation efficiency across the firm while maintaining consistency and quality. She leads the firm’s social committee and advocates for a positive company culture and employee satisfaction. Alice earned her Master of Architecture from the University of Montréal.
Brynne Campbell serves as the Marketing Director at Figurr, overseeing strategic communications, business growth, and brand development. She merges professional experience with academic research, collaborating closely with leadership to position the firm in aviation, institutional, and residential markets. With a Ph.D. in Architecture from Carleton University, her research emphasizes the history and development of architectural marketing in Canada. Brynne manages the firm’s brand strategy, content creation, and strategic messaging, translating complex architectural ideas into compelling stories that resonate with clients, partners, and communities.
Diego Chiatante is an Architect with Figurr in Montréal, where he manages projects from concept through construction. He works closely with the leadership team to oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control initiatives, translating best practices into internal staff training, standards, and workflows that strengthen project delivery across the firm. Diego is licensed in Québec and has over 15 years of international experience in Italy, Belgium, and Canada. He holds a Master’s degree in Building Engineering and Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Bari and took part in an exchange programme at the University of Liège in Belgium. Outside of his professional work, Diego actively participates in Montréal’s architectural and cultural community through volunteer efforts with Heritage Montréal, helping to promote, preserve, and celebrate the city’s built heritage.
Pierre-Luc Fortin is the BIM Manager at Figurr and has been an architectural technologist with the firm since 2014. Throughout his tenure, he has worked on a wide variety of projects, focusing on developing construction documentation and helping shape the firm's BIM standards and digital workflows. Prior to joining the firm, Pierre-Luc gained experience at a food service consulting company and completed his Architectural Technology studies at Cégep André-Laurendeau. Known for his dedication, teamwork, and keen interest in digital tools, he actively helps improve the team’s workflows. Outside of work, Pierre-Luc enjoys sports and the outdoors. As a father of a very active family, he spends his free time playing hockey, participating in outdoor activities, and enjoying family life.
Santiago Baigun moved from Argentina to Canada in 2003 and joined Figurr the same year, where he works as a Project Manager. He has contributed to a variety of institutional and commercial projects, with a special focus on industrial and aviation training facilities worldwide. Santiago is a leader in technical standards and is developing a mentorship programme to train staff. As a project manager, he enjoys guiding complex projects from concept to completion. Outside work, Santiago stays active through sports and loves travelling to seek new experiences and inspiration.
Zaphira Kalaitzakis is an architect at Figurr recognized for her strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and collaborative approach to project delivery. She has successfully led numerous projects from concept through construction, combining thoughtful design with effective project management to deliver high-quality architectural solutions. She specializes in multi-unit residential developments, creating efficient, livable environments that balance design excellence, functionality, and long-term value. Her work emphasizes optimized layouts, elevated design standards, and vibrant communities that respond to the needs of residents and clients alike. Since joining Figurr in 2018, Zaphira has played an integral role in expanding the firm's residential practice. She holds a Master of Architecture from McGill University.
