Montreal, May 22, 2026 - NFOE announces the appointment of four new partners: Erika Landry, Vanessa Godin, Roxane Fortier, and Marie-Eve Cyr. NFOE has always counted women among its partners. Today, they are the majority: 8 out of 13. This reflects a culture that recognizes talent wherever it is found.
Founded in 1912, NFOE brings together more than 130 professionals across three offices in Quebec. The architecture firm has established itself as a reference for technically demanding projects in environments where rigour is not optional: pharmaceutical and biomedical laboratories, hospital complexes, scientific research institutes, and industrial and aerospace facilities.
These appointments will come as no surprise to those who follow NFOE's practice. The four new partners have, for years, led some of the firm's most technically demanding mandates: environments where design rigour, regulatory expertise, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams are non-negotiable prerequisites.
Erika Landry, Architect, Project Director, PMP, LEED AP BD+C
Scientific Research | Industrial
Erika leads some of the most complex research projects at the firm. Her structured leadership and rigorous approach have made her a central figure in this specialty at NFOE. She is currently contributing to the expansion of UdeM's Sciences Complex.
Vanessa Godin, Architect, Project Director, PMP, LEED AP BD+C
Healthcare | Education
Vanessa works in healthcare and education settings with high regulatory and operational demands. Recognized for her rigour and client-focused approach, she contributes to large-scale college, university, and hospital projects, including the future Research and Innovation Pavilion at UQTR and the new technology institute at Cégep de Granby.
Roxane Fortier, Architect, Project Director
Scientific Research | Biopharmaceutical | Industrial
Roxane stands out for her detailed analysis of programmatic needs and her rigorous integration of multidisciplinary constraints. She is currently leading the expansion of the Polytechnique laboratories.
Marie-Eve Cyr, Architect, Project Director
Healthcare | Education | Scientific Research
Marie-Eve delivers projects in operationally complex contexts, including the Nouveau Complexe Hospitalier at the Hôpital Enfant-Jésus site and the Innovation Complex in Agrosciences and Agritechnologies in Lanaudière.
"We work on projects where there is no room for approximation," emphasizes Enrik Blais, Managing Partner, NFOE. "For a long time now, Erika, Vanessa, Roxane, and Marie-Eve have proven that they are built for that."
Also announced are nine new shareholder collaborators: Anabel Michaud, Déric Gilbert-Baril, Gabrielle St-Pierre, Hicham Marquoum, Isabelle Lisi, Jade Loiselle, Lyne Gadoury, Sébastien Bissonnette, and Thomas-Antoine Boucher.
