Association Champ Libre - Festival des Architectures Vives (FAV)
On the theme of memory is no less than 160 international teams who responded to this year proposal. 15 of them and invited university will present you their works, more surprising as each other for the 8th edition of the Festival des Architectures Vives.
So you can discover 10 facilities selected architects + 1 university invited in the heart of Montpellier from 12 to 16 June 2013. During this period, mansions will open their doors to the public to make way for a younger generation of architects and discover emblematic places of the city of Montpellier.

Then you will discover five facilities in La Grande Motte from 19 to 23 June 2013. There, it will be in a resort place, a dialogue with architecture entrenched in our heritage as new contemporary ephemeral installations take place and will discover unsuspected areas of the city. Or, again mostly discover but through a different perspective, as there is also the ambition of the Festival.

Architectures Vives will be real surprises transforming a heritage architecture in space revisited through ephemeral architecture. The unexpected takes place. And it will be through the course in the city of Montpellier and of La Grande Motte visitors will discover amenities made for the occasion. The 8th edition of the FAV takes place in the framework of the Architecture Month organized by the Direction Régionale des Affaires Culturelles en Languedoc Roussillon.
The FAV is the 12 to 16 June 2013 in the heart of Montpellier!

and from the 19 to 23 June 2013 in La Grande Motte
